FAQs

Equal Opportunities – All staff embrace the diversity of the community. The club encourages good behaviour through praise and will not tolerate any discriminatory behaviour and will deal with it accordingly. All staff promote equal opportunities through example and play opportunities, providing a range of activities to meet the individual abilities and interests of the children.

Confidentiality – Parents/guardians will have access to files and records of their own children but not to information concerning any other child.

Behaviour – To enable all children to have fun safely, reasonable behaviour is essential. Repeated disobedience and/or persistent anti-social behaviour could disrupt the Club for all. Consequently the Club reserves the right to terminate registration.

Child Protection – The Club provides a safe environment. All staff are DBS checked and any suspicion of abuse is promptly responded to.

Complaints – If a parent/guardian is unhappy about any aspect of the Club, they can discuss their concerns with the Club Manager.

All activities comply with the above statements and a copy of our full policies and procedures are available on request.
