Little Cherubs Kids Club from January 2020 will be partnering with Fantastic Learning, a language and tuition organisation, to diversify its activities. New activities to include a bouncy castle, films, homework club, as well as our existing new and improved Italian cookery, crafts and sports. Language and subject tuition also available, for further information contact Michael on 07943245604.
To celebrate this exciting new endeavour, we will be charging a promotional price of £8.50 (by 5pm) and £11.00 (by 6pm including meal). To secure this price and place at the club, prepayment is now required when booking. Thank you in advance for your understanding in this matter.
World’s Biggest Coffee Morning
Well done! We managed to raise £42 for MacMillan Cancer Support at our cake sale in September. Thank you to everyone who donated money so generously.

Notification of attendance
All booked sessions will be charged regardless of attendance to cover the costs this entails, unless one half term’s notice is given. We would also like to remind parents and carers that if your child is coming for an extra session to the club, to also inform the school, so that your child’s teacher knows. In addition, if your child will be absent from the club please be so kind as to inform us by 2pm at the latest.
Here are a few reminders regarding fees etc.
- We do require 1 half term’s notice for changes of dates in order to offer refunds/credit
- Late fees will be charged @ £7 per child , per 15 minutes or part thereof, from 6pm
- Our official closing time is 6pm
- Payment of invoices are due two weeks from the invoice date or a late payment fee may be charged. Please feel free to discuss alternative payment arrangements with the club manager if this is not convenient.
To help us reunite missing items of clothing and baggage which are left behind at the club, please could we ask parents to label them.
Children do like to bring in their own toys etc. However we would ask that you let your children know that this is at their own risk. We cannot be responsible for any losses or damage that may occur.
We have an expectation that all children attending the club treat each other and staff with respect in their actions and language, especially during team sports and other competitive activities. We deal with all incidents that are brought to our attention and would like to thank parents for their support.
Finally, we bid farewell to Karen Neal (staff member) and two of our trustees Pete Maiden (Chair) as he has served the maximum of three terms (9 years) and Sinead Connolly (Treasurer) due to increased work commitments in her new headteacher role. We will be voting in new trustees asap to fill these vacancies. In the interim Nina Quarshie (formerly Parent trustee) has agreed to cover as Chair. We would like to take this opportunity to wish them all the best for the future and thank them for their commitment and hard work.
